- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email or phone, and we will process the cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.
2. How to Cancel an Order
